What do you think about Yoga

In my opinion yoga is relaxing for your brain, makes your concentration higher and keeps your body healthy. Many of doctors encourage people do yoga instead of using medication. Not only does it make your self-confidence higher, it also is another way of meditating. If your in an angry or upset mood, you can easily calm yourself down by doing yoga. I think yoga is a very good activity for people when they have nothing to do and have free time.

Walking and texting at the same time

In my opinion walking and texting or speaking on mobile at the same time is too dangerous because
most of people when texting on their mobile phones they are not able to do another job. So most of the car accidents happen because of this reason. In addition, when people are walking on the street they have to try to be aware about the events which happen around them but if they use their mobile phones at the same time maybe they couldn't have a perfect reaction in front of events.
